Revenue increased $9.1 million (or 48.2%) and Adjusted EBITDA(1) increased $0.4 million (or 8.9%) as compared with the fourth quarter of 2024.There were a number of unusual or one-time items impacting the fourth quarter including: $531,000 in severance expense related to cost-savings initiatives; $233,000 impairment loss on lease abandonment; $788,000 expense related to leases for de novo facilities under construction that have yet to open their operations; $2.3 million of acquisition transaction costs; $6.5 million loss on sale and disposal of equipment; $6.3 million of non-capitalized research and development expenses related to the DeepHealth products; $679,000 of non-cash loss from interest rate swaps; and $5.7 million adjustment to the tax provision to normalize nonrecurring and prior year tax adjustments.
