1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tradizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tradizer is a performance tracking and journaling tool for traders. We provide analytics, compounding calculators, and journaling features. We are not a trading platform, brokerage, or financial advisor.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns.

When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, who then grants you access to our services. All payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT handling is performed by Paddle on our behalf.

5. Subscription Terms

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tradizer are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tradizer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We do not provide financial or investment advice. Any trading decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Past performance displayed in analytics does not guarantee future results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kayseri, Turkey.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
