Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Tradizer subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and takes just a few clicks.

How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your Tradizer account
  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the confirmation steps

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until then.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

3. Renewal Refunds

Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside the standard 14-day window may be considered for:

  • Technical failures that prevent you from using the platform
  • Extended service outages
  • Other circumstances at our discretion

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds for web subscriptions will be processed via our merchant of record, Paddle.com, and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.

6. Mobile App Subscriptions (Apple & Google Play)

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective platform's refund policies. To request a refund for a mobile subscription, you must do so directly through Apple or Google via your device settings or their support portals.
