Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Tradizer subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and takes just a few clicks.
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your Tradizer account
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the confirmation steps
You can also contact us at support@tradizer.com.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund, contact us at support@tradizer.com.
3. Renewal Refunds
Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside the standard 14-day window may be considered for:
- Technical failures that prevent you from using the platform
- Extended service outages
- Other circumstances at our discretion
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed via our merchant of record, Paddle.com, and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
